Forget counseling. Paulie and Vanessa Hussle saved their marriage by adding two more wives to their relationship.
When the pair met in 2003 at Saint Peter’s University in Jersey City, New Jersey, they were instantly smitten. “We were introduced to each other by a mutual friend and it was love at first sight for me. He was the most interesting person I had ever met, he was very mature and intelligent,” Vanessa, 31, told News Dog Media on Tuesday, July 26.
But after three years together — and two children — the couple grew apart and decided to split.
That’s when Paulie began dating Hazel and Lady.
“I felt so guilty about what I was doing because I still loved my wife,” Paulie told News Dog Media. “I wanted to be with these two other women, but I also wasn’t ready to give up on Vanessa.”
Turns out he didn’t have to. Though Vanesa, an automotive engineer, initially couldn’t stomach the idea of her husband with Hazel and Lady, over time she fell in love with them too.
“When I told Paulie that I wanted to be in a relationship with him and Hazel and Lady, he cried tears of joy,” Vanessa revealed to News Dog Media. “It was like we had finally found our happiness together. Every day is like an amazing sleepover with my husband and my favorite girlfriends. It’s an adventure.”
That has included adding to the family. While Paulie and Vanessa are already the parents of an 11-year-old son and a 9-year-old daughter, he and Lady welcomed a baby boy two months ago.
“Some nights, we leave the kids with their grandparents and the four of us get in the Jacuzzi or have amazing sex together in the living room,” Paulie gushed to the British news outlet. “I want to make sure Vanessa, Lady and Hazel all get pleasure so I put an album on and I have sex with each of them for the duration of one song.”
The foursome have never tried to hide their arrangement. Paulie — who calls himself “Lord of the Wives” — has a tattoo of his three partners on his chest, while Vanessa, Hazel and Lady have his face inked between their breasts. And the women proudly wear T-shirts emblazoned with the words “Sister Wives” and “Pauliegamy.”
But there is one downside to polygamy. “When we all have our periods, it’s the worst! You can feel the PMS in the house,” Lady said. “When it’s that time of the month, it can be a nightmare for Paulie as we get pretty stressed out! We never have any big arguments, but of course we bicker about silly things like whose hair is left in the bathroom and the dirty dishes left in the sink!”
As for whether they would ever invite another man into their home, Paulie is open to the idea. “I let my wives do whatever they want, we don’t get jealous or overprotective,” he explained. “But if another man did enter the relationship, I would like him to take on his half of the financial and general responsibility that I take on. I’m the breadwinner and looking after three women is hard!”
