The Red Room has officially lost its appeal.

In a new feature for the latest issue of Interview, Dakota Johnson revealed that she is tired of filming racy sex scenes for Fifty Shades Darker, the sequel to 2015’s Fifty Shades of Grey, based on E.L. James’ erotic novel of the same name.

“Well, we’re not having actual sex,” the 26-year-old actress, who plays Anastasia Steele in the film franchise, told Chrissie Hynde of pretending to get hot and heavy with costar Jamie Dornan (who portrays fictional heartthrob Christian Grey). “But I’ve been simulating sex for seven hours straight right now, and I’m over it.”

Johnson also told the magazine that, despite the hard work she has put into the movie, there is no way that her father, Don Johnson, will catch a screening of Fifty Shades Darker when it hits theaters February 10, 2017.

“No! God, no. Thank God,” the How to Be Single star said of her actor dad deciding to shield his eyes from the risqué flick. Johnson’s famous mom, Melanie Griffith, has also abstained from watching her daughter in the R-rated role.

"Would you want to see your child having sex like that? Just regular sex, I couldn't even do that, but the 'room of pain' sex?” Griffith, 58, explained to USA Today in February 2015. “I definitely couldn't do that!"

In her chat with Interview, Johnson also opened up about what it was like growing up with Hollywood stars for parents.

"I have one friend who I'm very close with, my friend Riley Keough, whose mother is Lisa Marie Presley. But other than that, I don't have very many pals who are … I don't know. I kind of stayed away from it all,” an unfazed Johnson noted, adding that she “never really identified with any” of her schoolmates who also came from celebrity families.
